Always wear viz gear even to ride to school, as we get [****] post office van driver zoom through park AND along the Bridelway ("still" not got sorted even though numerous complaints to public rights of way officer from me and others, chocolate firegaurd

) if they want to save money they may as well start with his job

plus other traffic, we have got rather large Eon vehicles flying through the park at the moment , some power cut issue, probably due to river disruption blah blah

so viz gear always on regardless and headlight for the dark

Pedantic, have you complained to the Royal Mail about the postie driving on a bridle path?? It would be well worth a letter or two.

Been tried allready, they aren't going to want to stop their drivers taking a short cut as using the legit "proper" route means a longer journey, a complaint to the Post office means the driver/s behave for a while then just go back to zooming about, it's the issue of using the Bridleway as a short cut I object to, it means they drive right alonside our school and the entrance to it which quite narrow, the van is a large type as well, complaing and trying to get it stopped is basically pissing in the wind.
