I would love to know what happened to my first pony Christy (Christmas Star).
She was sold to a riding school/ livery yard owner in Newton Longville in the mid 90's.
Christy was approx 14 in the mid 90's so I am well aware she could be long gone but any news on her life would be appreciated. She was grey, 14.2, had a scar across her withers after a fall in her box, was over excitable in company, a nightmare to hack, loved to fly buck and bolt, had a very pretty face, loved to jump, and was scared of men. She would kick the door at feed time and was hard to catch. She also hated being wormed and would rear. She was thought by the vet to be almost blind in her NS eye, and was lame more often than not. Good to shoe. Wouldn't let you clip her head.
I often lie awake at night wondering what happened to her and feel I really let her down although I was only young at the time. Through all her faults I loved her dearly and any info at all would help me lay some ghosts to rest.
Thanks for reading.
