Only about an hour a day only because we have a small colt field but his jumping it in to the mares will this matter now we no his not dropped both balls maybe I’m going to have to find him just a colt turn out if it don’t drop soon xx

That’s pretty awful. No wonder he’s such a handful. Any youngster (or adult) would struggle with that.

You were advised 6 weeks ago to get him in a more appropriate set up asap. What you are asking from him is simply unfair
Once castrated he needs to ideally be put 24/7 to help with the swelling and drainage. If that’s not possible you need to hand walk him multiple times a day and that doesn’t sound safe. And they can still be fertile for up to 6 weeks so he’s still condemned to a life in the stable.
Get him somewhere that can meet his needs. Now- this week, for his sake.

At this time he was going out every day with the geldings but then 2 new colts came and he jumps the fence ever since farm owner just said I can start to put him bk out again with them even if he jumps as confermed only one ball down so I will start putting him back out now honestly just want the best for him but been hard limited but now his aloud out regardless can only get better I hope x

But jumping out is a huge risk to him. Have the mares now gone?

one of mine didn't drop properly, as one testicle can be 'stuck' as it were and not drop. Mine went to a hospital, turns out it wasn't that far up 'up' however sometimes the testicle can stay internal and be a bigger operation. Apart form the GA it wasn't that expensive and at least he was properly gelded.

Harmonispencer98, please think seriously about finding somewhere more suitable for your colt at least for the first year
I have two boys, one recently gelded other still waiting, neither of them have ever tried "coltish behaviour" with me, with each other yes, rearing up/bitey face but around me they are calm.
You are just setting some behaviour that is going to be hard to change in the future. All you want is a calm happy boy, yes?
