Hi

After reading some good reviews here, I changed the dogs from JWB hypoallergenic (lamb/duck and rice), cereal free stuff onto skinners field and trial, (salmon and rice)

Both my partner and I have noticed in the last 2 days, Lil especially has been more highly strung than ever.

Resulting yesterday in yet another injury to her.

Just wondering if this diet change could have contributed to her wily behaviour? I did get the impression it classes itself as working dog food - could it be too high energy?

Either way I'm going to go back to basics with them, might even try a training class because I'm at my wits end now!

They are not significantly different unless salmon doesn't suit her.

Working dog doesn't denote higher activity but means it is VAT free.

Ah ok, thanks. It's really the only thing I can think has changed in the last week or so. She's always been wayward, my fault entirely, but she's been positively deaf to me for the last few days.

This may sound crazy, but before now I have known of a bitch who has had problems with false pregnancies etc and once spayed has had a new lease of life. If I recall she has had a false and has been a bit hormonal in the past so it could just be she is now feeling 100% and celebrating by being a little madam.:p
