Difference between lice and ringworm...

Posted in Vets the other day about missed clumps of hair on her side. I have now noticed that she has a big patch across her withers missing.

I'm thinking it's either lice or ringworm?! (great!) What's the difference in terms of what it looks like?
 
I would have thought that if it were lice you would be able to see the eggs. They look just like nits in your own hair really. Little yellowish white casings under the mane and forelock mostly. You might even be able to see the lice if you part the long hair around the top of the tail or again under the mane?

Either way, no big deal. At least they're both an easy fix :)
 
My coblet had lice and had bald patches, could see them in the coat.
Treated it 3 weeks ago and the hairs all grown back and the little blighters have gone!
