difference between physio, chiro, osteo, other treatments?

Hi, I need to possibly think about new avenues how to help my horse with her sore back. What is the difference between the above alternative treatment types? I am using a guy at the moment who applies accupressure and is also a chiro, but wonder maybe if it's worth going a new route. Vet gave me a name of a physio who also does accupuncture but not sure if this is not just repeating slightly what I have been doing or if she can introduce something new.

Yes, on track with that I am pretty anal about that as she has chronic problems, but thanks.
