What is the difference between the thorowgood t4 and t6 saddles apart from the way they look? Is the way they are made any different?

Also, have Thorowgood stopped making the T6? Does anyone know why?

Thanks!

no difference at all except the t6 has some leather areas.
I guess they have stopped doing it as the t4 is totally synthetic and the t8 has more leather. I guess the t6 wasn't different enough to be worth making a range?

there is no leather on the T6, its just the T8 that is a combo of synthetic and leather.

T6s are synthetic but leather look rather than suede of T4. The former are rare as rocking horse poo as they stopped making them. Could not get 17" cob GP for love nor money so ended up with K&M which is same saddle just all leather

I have a T6 - the girth straps are leather but the rest is all synthetic.
T4 is all synthetic and has the suede knee rolls and seat. :)
