Difference between Welsh B & C

Looking on the WPCS webby, I see that the breed characteristic for Welsh B & C both state "not to exceed" 13.2hh. I'm curious to know how you can tell the difference... could someone enlighten me please? Preferably with photos???

B's are tending towards riding pony sorts (so finer) and C's are cobby.

I dont like the trend of very fine B ponys, they should still have substance and bone.

A welsh B tends to be more of a riding pony type, however should still have enough substance, a more refined type. A welsh C should a pony of cob type, often looking like smaller D's with pony-fied heads on them.

A C is a welsh pony of cob type so really a small D - if C measures out they can be re-registered as a D.

A B is finer and often you see them shown as SHP as well as M&M - if they measure out they can't become a D they are then overheight B's!

This is my Welsh C, as you can see he is a good bit chunkier than the Bs

Both from the same show, with a 5'4 jockey. The welsh C is a better example of his breed, but the welsh B is reasonable. Both were fantastic ponies and won a lot in showing, dressage and SJ.
