Okay, so the gorgeous mare wasn't suitable for us kids. Mum was obviously really upset about losing her, but didn't want to 'spoil my birthday'.
So guess what dad went and did? xD
Basically, if everything goes allright, we'll end up with a trusty cob, a year long loan on a bombproof 14hh, AND this gorgeous mare, just for my mum, as a valentines present from my dad!
I only hope my future husband's as generous xD

So expect updates! We can just about school her, but it'll generally be us grooming and poo picking and my mum riding. She (the mare!) likes having her tail scratched xP
So now the search begins for the loan xD Any age, preferably a bit of a plod, above 14hh and not too strong. Just for us to learn on until me and the older sister are good enough to ride the mare, and the load pony can go back, and we can alternate between her and the cob!
Sooo happy!
Now we can only hope that she passes the vetting, and that the owner decides to go through with it...
