Ooooh yum. I love squash soup.

Just had a bit of a buffet... chicken wings, quinoa salad, pasta salad and garlic bread.

Shake and bake chicken thighs, courgettes and potatoes, sweetcorn and aubergine Followed by very British Strawberries and Cream! (Dad is on holiday so no pandering to his carrots and potato only fetish).

I love quinoa . . . must get some and make a salad for the girls - they like couscous so hopefully the quinoa will go down well.

He isn't fond of 'foreign veg' which includes all manner of things, he will eat 'normal' veg but for the last couple of weeks I get home to a plate of carrots and potatoes and whatever meat he fancies! Weird
