dirty dogs !!!!

hello there

its a long shot really but just wondered if anyone had come up with a mind blowing idea of how to keep the dogs belly clean - our dog is white and brindle and just loves running through puddles and mud - of which there is a lot of !!!! bathing everyday as you will know is not advisable and not practical either so some days i leave him at home but he is such a gorgeous boy and so loves it down on the yard.

Any ideas / suggestions

I second the equafleece jumper I bought one for my terrier ( swampmonster variety) after reading about them on here, it's fantastic! It keeps her clean and dry even in the snow we've just had, she like nothing more than wading throughn muddy puddles to lie in the middle of them.

Good rub off with a towel, allow to dry then a good brush and comb should get rid of mud IME

I find that letting them run a couple of laps around the lounge with a few bounces off the sofa dries out the dirtiest dog...
