Help!!!! I placed an order with this company a couple of weeks ago. Had an email from them to say that they are not able to process paypal payments due to server error. I rang them to find out what was happening to my order and they refunded me the ammount from paypal. The woman I spoke to assured me that I would be able to reorder with my debit card. Which, like an idiot, I did :(. Now, I havnt received my order and have tried numerous times to contact them via email and telephone. Can anyone please tell me if this is normal for this company or am I missing something ????? Has anyone has similar experiences or are they usually good to deal with???? I dont normally fall fowl of this kind of thing and feel so dumb that I may well have done with these guys.:confused:

There was a thread on here a while ago about this company.....orders had been placed by people and not many had received their items! I've had one dealing with her, placed an order but it didn't come, she said the wholesaler was at fault... Luckily I got a refund but I don't think many other people have... I'd steer clear.

Hi everyone. I am brand new to forums of any kind, so please forgive, and tell me how to correct any mistakes in etiquette.
Have joined simply to warn everyone away from Daisy Hill Equestrian.
I too placed an order which has not materialised. They are refusing to reply to telephone calls and e-mails.
Am going to contact Sunderland Trading Standards.
Hope nobody else gets caught.

Hi, I'm new to this but I have reached a desperate situation as I placed an order for several items with Discount equestrian/daisy equestrian on 12th Sept 2011, I specifically requested delivery within a few days, my order arrived several weeks later which I then returned unopened as it was too late. I have emailed and phoned to no avail and I have not received my refund. It seems impossible to make any contact and I am at my whits end now. Has anyone out there found a way to deal with this problem? I'd be very grateful for any help.

I should of google them before placing an order!!
10th nov i placed for 2 pairs of jods after 2 weeks i emailed to find out where they were....out of stock but i could have them in another colour i emailed back several times asking for another colour.....weeks.....nothing!! then after about 6 emails later i finally get one back to say that colour is out of stock and would i like another colour or a refund....i emailed back for a refund.....week later....nothing...i'm so PPPPPeeeedddd off...i have sent 2 more emails and left another message.
i have no idea if i will get my money back....but i will be contacting trading standard.....

so please don't use this company...unless you want to be disapointed and robbed of your money....
