Thinking of updating 51 plate disco, don't want to go up to £400+ tax what models ages can I get at lower tax band and which is recommended? Thanks

Is it the 55 plates & older that were at the lower rate ?

Thanks not going to pay Higher rates can't see the point.

As long as the date if first registration is before 1st March 2006 they will not be on the £400+ rate

mine is a '57 plate and Im over £400! I think it goes on the emissions or something and not the age
