Yes. It's forced to do really, if you open something up so that it suits more of the population then it is enevitable that you will get more people doing it.

yes, there are a lot of people very happily having fun at Intro and PN level who would not enjoy anything bigger, but that's a pretty good thing for the sport i think - the pyramid is bigger at the bottom now. mind you, surely this should mean more prize money for the levels higher up, which hasn't happened yet...

yes of course it is, as it is now more accessible to "weekend" riders and amateurs that want to have fun,but people still go straight in at PN - depends on confidence levels and ability

I started at Novice never got any higher! - This was yrs ago when I was 14/15/16 (you had to be "acreddited" by your instructor in those days too at that age too!!!) that was on my old chap. and fences werent technical but much more straight forward and less decorative than they are these days

I enjoy clocking about at Intro and PN with the babies and have aspirations that one or two might climb the grades.
Though I agree strongly with Kerilli - with the amount of BE suscribers I think its terrible there isnt a bigger prize pot at the top end...
