just returned from our 4th outing with our 3 coming 4yrs colt hes a big lad almost 15hh and 10 inch of bone ,we love him and everyone at the shows we have been too admire him very much ,he hasnt shown before so is green and can get excited and needs to learn to run up faster to show himself off hence last week when he was very bad we didnt expect him to do too well although he did get 4th in a decent class ,what i cant get my head round is that even when he has been good 3 judges now have said he has filled hocks capped ect this is rubbish he is as i said a big lad with a huge amount of bone ,the first judge to mention it had a good feel of his legs when danielle pointed this out to him saying he was wrong after examining them he agreed with her and said he was sorry it was all infact bone and went on to say he was the dogs bollocks and putting him 4th said he would have easily been 1st had he behaved himself better and that was fair enough , but now having had two outngs and him not doing very well even when he was quite good and nothing wow in the classes and asking judges why they didnt like him much both have said hes lovley its just his hocks and when danielle points out they are wrong and says all you need to do is feel them to confirm this they say oh how sorry they are but they thought he had capped them and we arnt allowed to touch horses now so they wouldnt even check to see if they are right ,too late anyway after they have put him down for it even if they do check them when asked ,so what do i do i have a super colt with loads of bone as they should have and judges think theres something wrong with him because of it and wont even check him over we so want to show him but feel we are wasting our time any ideas please to solve this apart from a sign on his arse saying i dont have capped hocks just loads of bone ,help i feel like riving my hair out over this .
