Ok so can someone tell me something about this?

Interested in a 4 year old that dishes, would be used for bsja. Just thinking about how this would effect it?

Thanks in advance.

we have a grade b with over £1800 bsja and she dishes not a problem. good farrier can help a lot

hey im not quite sure how it would affect for jumping etc my heavy weight cob dishes, i think she picked this up from driving. Sorry im not much help but it has never affected my cob.xxxx

Just what i wanted to hear! This horse has just come from Holland so as you would expect feet arnt shod very well!

So would it put you off buying one that does it?

I dont think dishing is a problem providing the foot goes down straight. Unless you are showing of course. I'd definitely get someone experienced to look.

It probably depends how bad?? We had a hunter mare who dished quite bad and went lame at about 16 I think but after 9 years of hard hunting twice a week + lots of open TC an XC so I don't think she did too bad. Also had a welsh cod who did it and it didn't cause him any probs.

I'd say go for it!! Who's perfect??

We prob we only be keeping him 2/3 years so should be ok.
I think i have made my mind up already, so hopefully will post some new horse pics soon. Thanks everyone.
