Dissertation Blues

I honestly don't know what to do! So many of my ideas have been rejected!
I thought it'd be a fab idea to do thermal imaging of the distal limb after various strenuous activites, comparing the stress of lunging to normal schooling, jumping etc. but I wouldn't be allowed to hire the equipment, only be able to PAY someone to do it for me which would be too much.
Now I'm completely stuck.
Any ideas?

What subject does your dissertation have to cover and what equipment do you have access to?

What about using an accelerometer to test fetlock ROM on landing from a jump X height?
I'm presuming you're at the well known college in Glos, and they definitely have an accelerometer for use in dissertations
