DIY / Assisted DIY North of St. Albans?

Just quietly looking to see what is AVAILABLE at the moment. Between St. Albans, Harpenden, wheathampstead areas...

I have a lovely LARGE gelding who is sensitive to grass so needs to be treated as a laminitic, need a large stable, good (but not lush) all year turnout, large floodlit school and good access to hacking... would LOVE small private yard but would consider bigger... just looking to see what is around at the moment .

Any reccomendations would be gratefully recieved.

Is Codicote too far? Friend runs a small yard, nice big boxes, lots of turnout but staff bring in as early as you want, enormous school (floodlit), fairly quiet, not sure hacking could be described as great but it's not bad.
