DIY assisted livery

What would you be expecting to pay for DIY livery with good facilities in Staffordshire area?

I'm in North Warwickshire. We have nice brick built stables with automatic water troughs, individual turn out, a lovely school and jumps available. We also have a tea room, feed and tack room and toilet and YO arranges regular hay and straw deliveries.

I pay £160 per calendar month including turn out and bring in ( they can stay out 24 / 7 in summer)
