120 a month, outdoor arena, grass jumping arena, direct off road hacking. My own hay storage and tack room. I also have my own fields and can choose how much or little I want to turn out.

As someone who is lucky to have had mine at home for the last 15 years I am amazed at how little some people are paying and wonder how on earth livery owners make it financially viable. £5 or less per day for stable, field and in some cases arena is amazingly good value when you consider the cost of building and maintenance!
