looking for a DIY livery yard with services available when needed. A good floodlit school is a must (don't want to go anywhere that has a deep sand arena as my horse struggles in them to much). Average sized airy stables, daily turnout (don't mind being on restricted turnout over the winter). And ideally located with in reach of good hacking. Ideally situated anywhere between Roxwell, Ongar and Brentwood. Thanks in advance
