DIY fencing extras(blue pipe)

I have stock fencing and want to run a strand of electric fence on it.
I have seen the pigtails that can be attached to the posts but they are expensive.
I saw on here,ages ago some1 had made some out of blue water pipe.has anybody got some pics for me to use as a guide? thank you.
