DIY, grass livery or field to rent

Hi, I am moving to Billingborough in Lincolnshire in the next month or two and am looking for somewhere to put my horses. I do not need major facilities as my old mare and I just hack, and the rest are minis (5). Problem is one is a stallion who lives perfectly happily in his own herd and I would like this to continue if possible so maybe renting my own field would be best.
Does anyone know of anywhere local that may be able to help?

Hi, I live in the area you are moving to. I can't think of any fields that are for rent. Might be worth calling in at the local livery yards to ask if they know of any, or calling in on a few of the local farmers. Good luck!

how far out are you looking to travel?

search farms in the area and ring them all, I get such a good response from this every time and sometimes find horsey people

i drove around asking farmers/houses with paddocks unused & have th best place ever now (well exept the lack of schooling area)
