After a lot of driving around this weekend, I'm still no nearer to finding anywhere so I'm wondering if a change of direction might give me more options.
Does anyone know of anything just outside Hitchin, maybe Kings Walden, Offley, Gosmore areas please? I would need somewhere with all year grazing and a school (the school seems to be the main problem in finding somewhere unfortunately). The only place I know of in these areas is Lodge Farm which is full at the moment.
