Looking for DIY livery around Ibstock. Will need a school and want 24/7 turnout in summer. For two horses.
Leaving my yard as was on full livery when i worked away from home to be given two days notice of termination of full services (!), came home to find horse lame (!) and was told yesterday that (when someone left gate open so my horse trotted through it and had nice canter round grassy field) - she is worried my horse will get out again (well dont leave the bloody gate open!) and jump over the fences into the other fields to start kicking the other horses (er?), and also she wont try catching her as my horse might kick her (!) er isnt this the horse you were supossed to be turning in/out, feet picking out whilst on f/livery? Today i was told they might kick the walls of the outdoor school down (fully paneled to about 6ft which is why i chose this yard to start with) so cannot do any more free schooling with them (!) All in all i think my YO is very inexperienced, unknowldegable and her fears make her unreliable, so would like somewhere that doesnt think that youngsters are naughty and badly behaved, and should i need to go away on business / holiday I know my horses are being looked after correctly!
I have to say here that they are very well bahaved, have no vices and are very sweet natured - unlike some older horses I know!
