DIY livery in Cumbra / Scottish Borders

Just out of curiosity really but how much do you pay for DIY livery in the Cumbria/Scottish Borders type area and what facilities do you get use of?
Ideally I will be looking for something with a stable, locked tack room, all year grazing and an outdoor/indoor arena.

where abouts in the borders are you looking? is dumfries too far out for you?
