DIY Livery in Essex - help PLEASE!!

Can anyone please recommend or suggest a decent DIY Livery yard near Chelmsford please? I need all year turnout included, good hacking and either a floodlit menage or indoor school .. I am willing to travel a bit if it's a good one.
