DIY livery in Sandiacre, Notts wanted!

My friend is moving to Sandiacre and needs to find DIY for her 15hh gelding! It needs to have all year turnout with 24/7 in Summer, access to good hacking/ off road and arena. She doesn't know the area that well and is struggling to find anywhere.

Very few places have 24/7 turnout around there. Hall Farm has all year t/o but there's some restriction in winter.
