diy livery in tyne & wear??

looking for a place to keep my 13year old gelding, stable needed and use of an arena with/or jumping facilites
near high spenn/rowlands gill/ greenside/ blaydon area,
good hacking areas near by and a safe yard, if you know any please say!xx
