DIY livery northants

Does anyone know anywhere that has two spaces for DIY, I live between Kettering and Northampton and work in Northampton. Ideally near Moulton college so I could hack to competitions, needs a floodlit arena, good hacking, winter turnout and not be a ridiculous price. I am drawing a blank but need to find somewhere ASAP any ideas?
