How much would you expect to pay for diy livery at a small private yard in the East Midlands with no arena? Straw included, but not hay. Excellent hacking a short ride away.
I’m on a small diy livery yard in the West Midlands, very basic facilities just a smallish stable (pony is only 14.1) individual track based turnout, no arena but a couple of fields to ride in when they’re dry and I pay £120/month then an extra £40/month to help myself to hay
