Thinking about getting my first horse soon and just wondering about local places to southend on sea and Rochford that do diy livery. If anyone knows of any please let me know.
hi can you give me a phone number or email for fishers? ive tried all the others xFishers farm (hockley) do DIY livery and has off road access to Hockley Woods for hacking. Otherwise you could look at shopland hall for assisted livery, butlers farm (really close to shopland), runningwell equestrian, rawreth equestrian centre - really depends how far you're willing to travel. There are a few in great wakering also which could be an option too. Good luck!
Facility's aren't really important but hacking is essential. If there are any farmers renting fields per week that might be an option if in RochfordWhat are you wanting from a yard?
Are you wanting support and training facilities or is hacking more important to you?
Thank you but I have already tried there... Its really quite difficultThese may help, www.*******.co.uk and www.liveryyard.com please change your user name to something that is not your real name
Already tried xThere is an Essex livery yard Facebook page which is good
i dont know anyone in the area who owns a horseIf you know anyone in the area with a horse get them to ask their farrier what the best (and worse) yards are, also ask at equestrian shops in your area.
