Hi everyone,
I am currently trying to find what seems to be like gold dust.
* Diy livery yards or sole use within close proximity to Street, Somerset BA16.
I am looking for in close proximity to Street, Somerset BA16 ideally 10 - 15 minute drive or less away.
Either:
Long term sole use needed with approx 2 or more acres of land (to avoid ruining the ground/overgrazing) with stables and concrete hardstanding/yard area for a well behaved horse and well behaved very good doer pony.
Required:
. child friendly
. good hacking necessary.
. stables, mains water supply and concrete hardstanding/yard area.
. undercover storage area for hay and shavings.
. space for horse trailer.
. electric would be great.
*An arena would be amazing but have transport so can hire local venues to school.
OR

. Must have good hacking.
. children allowed as pony is my daughters.
. Stabling and concrete yard area/harstanding.
. year round turnout even if limited in winter.
. need a very limited or even better a bare grazing patch for pony a must all year round.
. Undercover storage for hay and shavings.
. Storage/parking space for horse trailer.
. An arena/ménage/school.
I am experienced (30+ years), willing to take on maintenance and/or improve yard/ground and a very tidy owner.
