DIY Livery within close proximity to Keinton Mandeville

I am seeking a livery within close proximity to Keinton Mandeville TA11, ideally within a 10-15 minute drive or less. The requirements are as follows, which I know is a long shot, so we are happy to compromise:

Option 1: Long-term sole use

• Approximately 2 or more acres of land (to prevent overgrazing), equipped with stables and a concrete hardstanding/yard area suitable for 2 well-behaved ponies.
• Child-friendly environment.
• Good hacking opportunities.
• Access to mains water supply and concrete hardstanding/yard area.
• Undercover storage space for hay and shavings.
• Space for horse trailer.
• Electricity would be advantageous.
• An arena would be highly desirable; alternatively, I have transport and can hire local venues for schooling.

Option 2: Long-term DIY livery

• Must have good hacking opportunities.
• Children allowed, as the ponies belong to my daughter.
• Stabling and concrete yard area/hardstanding.
• Year-round turnout, even if limited during winter.
• A very limited or bare grazing patch for the pony is essential throughout the year.
• Undercover storage for hay and shavings.
• Storage/parking space for horse trailer.
• An arena/ménage/school is required.
