DIY or assisted livery in Maidstone area

Does anyone know of a yard with vacancies or a small yard to rent in this area? There are a number of us who are desperate to leave the madness of our current yard (emotionally unstable yard owner, daily rule changes, far too many horses for site etc etc). Ideally it would be for 8 horses (two are grass livery). We are all responsible adults (age range from 20s to 50s). Preferably there will be a school and access to off road hacking.

Hi, I know a yard in Harrietsham does part/full livery, has menage, xc course, gallop and off road hacking 2 mins down the road.
Lovely owner lives on site.
