Diy or assisted livery near Guildford

Hi I’m looking for diy or diy assisted livery for good doer gelding in Guildford or near. Preferably around worplesdon, fairlands, Normandy or somewhere between Guildford and Woking. Must have
All year turnout(not fussed about grazing as long as I can substitute with hay in the field when needed) doesn’t need to be 24h.
Arena
Some storage
Nearby hacking
Stable
Trailer parking.
tried Clasford and Littlefield but both have no spaces.

Have you tried asking on Surrey Horse and Pony Facebook group?

Yes I did. All that have spaces offer part or full. Asked if it could be tailored as I really enjoy doing chores myself(works like therapy) but no luck.

Tbh, I don't know of any other yards in that area that are DIY these days.
Can you look further out perhaps, for example you'd get hacking in Pirbright on the ranges or if over at Clandon then onto the Surrey hills etc.

I used to be at clasfords, they don’t allow hay in the field anyway and the grass is pretty rubbish. DIY is pretty hard to come by in the area.

I’d pop a message on Surrey horse and pony or have a look in rokers. You’re probably going to have more luck at a smaller private yard. All the big yards are part/full. There’s a few chobham way but chobham gets veeeery muddy as it’s clay.

Im dreading moving back to the area for this precise reason.

Part of Chobham is on sand, you just need to thoroughly check 1st. However, the likes of Chobham Park Farm have given all liveries notice as it's being sold.
