Hello we have just moved into the area and we are looking for a nice DIY or Part livery near Henlow Bedfordshire for a New Forester. Also we would look for going upto full livery on occasions that we go on holiday. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not in that area anymore so cannot give names of place but worth having a look at the notice boards in Biggleswade Saddlery; G&M Growers at Upper Gravenhurst and the place on the B1040 between Biggleswade and Potton (sorry forgotten the name of it! - remembered it is Bedfordshire Growers).

Good luck. Some nice yards and people in the area.

The farm on Pedley Lane is well recommended, it is in Shefford which is about 2 miles from Henlow (next village). I don't think they offer services officially but people I know on there have always managed to pay another livery or get an outside groom in. Turnout is individual with electric fencing, school is decent and hacking is good....

Ooooh having just looked at the site again it seems that they do now offer livery. This really is very close to Henlow, you won't find closer with a school....

Let me know if you want any more area info, have worked close by for years.

Rosehill yard in Shillington is only a couple of miles from Henlow and is really nice. It has a school and offers services as and when you need them.

Thank you all for your help. We have been along to a couple of stables. One being ickleford equestrian centre and the other being lake farm on the reccomdation from this forum. I can say that lake farm is a very nice place and I think we will fit in very well. Thank you all for your help.
