DIY people (as in home DIY rather than livery!)

I'm hoping some DIY savvy people could give me some ideas for the following problem.

My mare wee's at the very back of her stable. The drainage is slightly off so that the wee runs into neighbours stable before going down drain.
I'd like to use some sort of flexible rubber/plastic to seal the base of the back wall so that the wee doesn't run into neighbouring box.

I'm thinking there must be some form of building/roofing material that could do this job - any suggestions?

I hadn't thought of that. Do you think it will adhere to a concrete base and wooden panel wall okay?

I would just cement/concrete but I am probably odd.

Second this, but make sure you get one for exterior use. Like for sealing conservatory roofs - better stickability and probably more resilient than the indoor stuff. Costs about the same.
