DIY tea tree spray?

Does anyone have a recipe for this?
Have been using an obscure brand on my horse, and whilst I dont hink its particularly the spray that helps, the bottle is the only thing he willa ccept near him (hes very difficult and it doesnt make a noise, treating belly/sheath is v. tricky).
Might as well just make up my own but no idea as to dilution, and if I should use just water with it. Can't use any oil of any description.

i've bought some, and it contains tea tree oil, water, and an emulsifier. i'd have a hunt around on the web to find an emulsifying agent you can use, maybe on a "make your own beauty treatments" site or something?

An emulsifier is usually some form of detergent - a dash of washing up liquid or shampoo would probably do the job!

I'd be interested in a recipe too, but I find a pump action plant sprayer works well on most horses, you can stand at the shoulder and still get at their furthest bits! (it's totally silent too)
