What would you consider a fair livery price, per week, for
stable, grazing, feed room, (no door) use of hay barn, toilet,
fencing that is cobbled together, and ragwort in the fields.
No tack room, no school, only flat field that can be used when weather dry. We do have electric and water. Prices For Kent area . I know prices nearer London are high but Kent usually cheaper. Thanks for your help

Do they include morning feed and turnout? if so I would think they could get away with about £20-25 in that area, (I used to live in kent- three years ago)
If not I cannot imagine anyone paying more than about £15.00.

Also depends a bit where you are in Kent- commuter belt areas will be higher even for relatively little facilities or refinements.

I wouldn't pay more than £10 (DIY) for those facilities, if there is ragwort in the fields then the turnout cannot be used and if its wet then effectively there is nowhere to ride!! As above though it does depend whereabouts you are in Kent and what other yards are available in the area.

Think you are probably looking at up to £20 per week in good locations, I am in an expensive part of Kent and for that you would expect to ask for the fields to be sprayed but would most likely have to get your own electric fence. There will always be someone to rent the land as a lot of areas (especially the easy commute to London ones) have too many horses and not enough land so someone will always be willing to go in there and sort it out.
