DIY YARD WANTED IN WARWICKSHIRE/SOLIHULL AREA

Hi. My friend has a friendly nine year old 16.2hh gelding who she is looking for a DIY yard for him in the above mentioned areas. She has a car but does not want to travel far from the Knowle area where she lives. She needs a floodlit menage and horse box parking, and turn out/bring in facilities for whilst she is at work (she works part time). Does anyone know of anything suitable that is under £35/£40 per week?

How about Oak Farm Livery Yard in Baginton? There was an empty stable when I was there last Saturday.
