DIY yards...worst thing?

after the monster post about leaving horses on their own have been thinking even more (i know dangerous pastime )... i was genuinly a bit shocked by people saying that "i don't want anyone touching my horse ever" or "their horse, their responsibility"... now don't get me wrong i don't want people 'messing' with my horse for no reason but if it was just a case of bringing in or whatever then i wouldn't have a problem...

what do you think the worst 'crimes' are from people on DIY yards??!

Definitely the 'their horse their responsibility' attitude of some people even over things like giving a horse water if it has none or not shutting a door when its raining.

the whole my horse is better than yours..

LOL best diy yard i was on was so diy you wasnt allowed to help each other, this even went as far as we could not hay/water other peoples horses and wasnt allowed to ride each others neds.. yep very DIY!

People using your stuff and not putting it back, so you have to trail all over the yard looking for it ... and people using your feed! The latter hasn't happened to me for a while, but it was bad a couple of years ago.
