Hi all

As per title am looking to buy a 505 and have found an interesting one on eBay but there are no pictures of the inside. One of the reasons I am looking at ifors is because I like the way the front and back panels of the partition move independently and wondered if even the older models do this?

I have sent question to the seller but it finishes in just over an hour so might not get a response!

The original 505s had a solid full length partition with a full width breast bar too. I have one of them and wouldn't swap to a split partition for anything although I know others like them.

Thanks maesfen this one had a wooden floor originally so am thinking is probably an early one ? The reason I want the swinging partition is my horse is very long and just finds it easier to get out with the swing.

This also has a full breast bar so sounds even more likely to be a solid partition!

If you're only travelling the one horse then I would take the partition out anyway, it's not needed and horse will have more room to travel how he likes which makes it a lot easier to come out of the front ramp too. Just make sure you always cross tie so he can't turn.

If trailer you're looking at is a solid partition we actually have a spare one here if you wanted it as a neighbour had her trailer stolen but they didn't take that!

My old 505 had a split partition and a wooden floor and I believe was manufactured between 1996 - 1999... The change over date from full to split partitions was around this date, they also changed from being white to colour coded to match the trailer. :)

Thanks all I decided to give it a miss because as Rockysmum said I don't think it came with a partition at all. Thanks Maesfen for the offer of the partition was very kind but just all ended up a bit rushed. I actually have been offered the right trailer but this one seemed a bargain!
