Because if they do it would explain alot!!! Daisy is a right monkey at the moment, it come out of nowhere!! she ignores us on a regular basis, refuses to come when called, runs off etc etc trouble is she looks like butter wouldnt melt......

My rottie started to attack our RR at around 2 years of age. It came out of nowhere and for no reason that we could see. Having done a bit of research on the web it would appear that dogs reach maturity between 18 and 30 months. Might explain the problems you are having, she seems to be testing you as pack leader.

Mine has had the terrible 1s
2s
3s
4s
5s
6s
and 7s

I'm hoping she might grow up by time she hits 8

Thats just Beastie though. Tina is an angel (we'll ignore her giving chase to a pheasant out shooting the other day

Terrible two's? Never heard of such a thing in dogs, however that is when they are just fully maturing to dogs and not pups, this is last parts of if you like their "teenager" lives... which = playing up, can sometimes lead to them being more bossy, less willing to abide by commands given and so on...

I've never seen this is bitches but male dogs (mostly then uncastrated ones) seem to go through this stage - you should have seen my sisters two

My goldie went through a funny stage when she was 9 months but we always put it down to her first season

Hell yeah!

As soon as they reach a year up until 2 years they hit Kevin-dom!

They get a bit confident and self assured and its "I cant hear you when you call me, cos this fox poo is delightful to sniff!"
