My lovely boy has anger management issues, esp when hungry. Last night he threw a strop as I gave the other lad hay before him. Struck the partition wall between their stables then turned round and booted it. He then deliberately knocked over his water bucket flooding the stable. He's ten. Is it likely he will grow out of this or be Victor Meldrew for life??!

No. George got worse. He's 19. He's a native. We have years ahead of us.

No! If you feed my horse, you don't go near the back end!! He's a Victor Meldrew character- nothing I do will ever be good enough, he nips and grumbles and complains bitterly about everything I do- even when I'm on board he's grumpy! I say 3 strides, he does 2, I say left and he dives right!! However, wouldn't have him any other way, he's such a character and I think he's the perfect Grumpy Old Man.
