Do I need a qualification to offer professional clipping services?

I am considering offering professional clipping services and would like to know if I need a qualification to do this or if there is a training course which I can attend. Can anyone help? thank you

Never heard of a course, but you may want to get insurance both third party liability and in case you get injured.
