Do I need PP for a horse walker?

Do I need planning permission for a horse walker? I think you do, my O.H is adament you dont!! (hope he is right!!!!!). Not sure if rules differ from council to council. But we will be under the duristiction of the Aylesbury Vale council!!!

I would imagine that you do. I think you should find out before you do anything, as you may be forced to take down the whole thing if the council aren't happy with it. best be safe.

Talk to the horse walker people themselves & they will be able to tell you what regulations apply in which area.
