do i need to feed her?

Sorry me AGAIN

I have just bought/bringing back my mare after 2 months off i have been riding her 2 weeks. Would i need to start feeding her hard food? If yes what would you recommend?

She is very very slightly over weight. She gets haylage at night our feild isn't great grass.

If she's overweight and gets haylage anyway, i'd say no to hard feed until she starts to look like she needs it. Unless she needs to build a fair bit of muscle then a small amount of Build-Up could be useful

I wouldnt say she needs it, but a handful of hi-fi lite or happy hoof wouldnt hurt after exercise

If she's slightly overweight, I wouldn't be feeding her anything until she starts dropping weight.

As said above, a handful of chaff and balancer wouldn't do any harm if you wanted to feed something, but not really neccessary.
