Do LWP inform you when they are going to deliver?

I ordered with them for the 1st time on Friday (previously used Natures Best) and although I have received the invoice with PAID stamped on it, I havent had confirmation when it is going to be delivered.

Have e-mailed them but not had a response as yet.

Do they normally inform you of delivery date or just turn up?

They just turn up at mine, normally about 2-3 days after payment gone through.

They said they would ring me tha day before they deliver next week - so we shall see!

Mine have just turned up about an hour ago. Delivery instructions are to ring before delivering, but there was no number on the delivery note so obviously no call made!!!

Mine got to the yard then they called (despite being asked to call 30mins prior to arrival, so I could be at yard to meet them). Also they could even tell me which day they would be delivered only they it would be within 7 days of order.

Corley Bio-woods on the other hand called to advise pellets had been despatched (4 hours after I had placed my order

). The delivery company then called the next day and arranged to deliver the following day. Their driver also called as requested 30mins prior to arrival, so I was at the yard to meet him.
