do magnetic boots,work on horses??wud it help relax muscles?

Do these really work?im wondering if they may be a good idea 4 my tense mare?had back/teeth ckd,all ok,but they said she is very tense!!

all magnets do is to improve the movement of fluids through the area, normally blood to assist healing. I don't know that they would be particularly relaxing unless they work by shifting toxins
